User Eligibility

1. The Platform is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older and residents of the United Kingdom.
2. To create an account, you must provide a valid NHS Donor ID to verify your donor status.

Account Registration and Management

1. You must create an account to access and use the Platform.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

1. You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. You must not engage in any activities that may disrupt or interfere with the Platform or its users.

Third-Party Partnerships

1. WeDonate may partner with third-party service providers to offer additional benefits to our users, such as discounted gift cards.
2. If you decide to purchase a discounted gift card through our partner, we will share your email, first name, and last name with the partner solely for the purpose of processing your order and delivering the service.
3. Our partners are contractually obligated to protect your personal information and use it only for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services.

Intellectual Property Rights

1. The Platform and all its content are owned by Zape Technology Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.
2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platforms content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

1. Zape Technology Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
2. Our liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
